Conflict of Interest Regulations

New York State has introduced new regulations requiring community association boards to report annually to its owners regarding contracts entered into, in which board members may have a conflict of interest. Learn what represents a conflict, how to deal with it as a board, and how to comply with the new disclosure laws.
