Last Friday of the Month Open Discussion

Our Last Friday discussion group will meet on July 29, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom and in-person. All Condominium, Co-op and Homeowners Association Board members are invited to attend.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no longer a limit for in-person attendance. All are invited to our office for a lively and informative discussion of current topics affecting community associations. Please RSVP today by emailing info@taylor-eldridge.com. Bagels and coffee will be served.
If you attend via Zoom, no RSVP is required.
June’s meeting was a success, with no shortage of issues to discuss. Attendees took up several topics, including: foreclosures (by the banks and the communities), complaints by neighboring property owners, tree replacements on common property, and homeowners in need of supervision. We hope to see you this month on July 29, either in person or via Zoom.
As usual, any topics of discussion may be raised by attendees, either by sending them to our office in advance of the meeting or bringing them up at the discussion session.
